We serve Metro Atlanta and all of Georgia, We offer so much more for our sewers who buy from us with personal services and taking care of their repair needs. We repair our customers new machines we sell, as part of our sale under their warranty period. however, for most independent smaller family owned companies it is very hard to offer any services without charging.

We are finding on occasion customers who are coming in with their machines that they have purchased over the internet wanting us to repair them free  because we sell the brand  they purchased online, unfortunately, we can't pay our service personnel  and afford to repair  internet dealers machines without charging.

We often times have customers needing assistance with their new machine that they have purchase online only to realize that they have to join unexpected sewing classes to learn about their unit or pay extra unexpected repair fees because they purchased online
