All service work performed at our store and is guaranteed, carried by factory-trained technicians with over 25 years of experience. **Diagnostic Fee: ** We charge a $35.00 fee to evaluate your sewing machine. This fee allows our technicians to provide the time and expertise needed for a comprehensive assessment. Used machines makes and models vary, depending upon trade ins at the time. We do accept most household brands on trade in such as Bernina-Babylock-Pfaff-Viking-Singer-White-Juki-Necchi-we accept upgrades on our Janome models, so if you have a sewing machine and want a new one be sure to bring your old one in and get a trade in value on selected models.
